Terms and Conditions for sales of items presented within this site
Please read and agree to the following terms before making a purchase

1. Cash terms only.
2. Only local sales are accepted. Currently there are no plans for overseas shipping and sales.
3. Materials presented, if on point of sales, have been found to contain defects have to be highlighted immediately, where thereafter no refunds nor exchanges will be allowed.
4. All details have been furbished on each item sales entry. For further information, please send an email to , with subject title, "Item: ##, Further enquiries".
5. All prices stated are NETT and final. No bargaining or discounts please.
6. To purchase an item, please send an email to with subject title, "Item ##: Purchase". We will reply with further information on the transaction.
Due to an ugly swapping event, we regret to implement the following two more conditions to facilitate both you and us:

7. For purchases, please note that dead buyers will not be entertained and blacklisted. The maximum times of failed meet-ups is 3 before a person is blacklisted as dead in our books
8. For swapping/exchanges, please note that as much as we would accomodate your time and location, please note that the maximum times of failed meet-ups is 3 before a person is blacklisted in our books
Also, note that since the interested person for exchange/swapping (hereafter referred to "you") are the party interested in swapping, remember that The Resale Stop (hereafter referred to as, "we" and "our") are pretty sure we didn't initiate the swap procedure, so we don't think it should be to our inconvenience in meeting up although we will do our best to accomodate your schedule and locations.
9. There will be an additional transport charges for meeting up at places not to my convenience.
10. If you wish to have your item(s) mailed to you, please take note that for unregistered normal mail, we will not bear any responsibilities for lost mail in the event that you do not receive them. However, our records to date show that there has been zero lost mails thus far. This still does not mean that we will be held responsible for lost items in the mail in such events.
